International Yoga Day was celebrated online by the students and teachers at DAV Public School Bazpur with great enthusiasm. The school celebrated International Yoga Day to convey the message of keeping mind and body fit through asanas. Students and parents performed asanas under the guidance of teachers. Yoga teacher demonstrated various asanas followed by Omkar chanting. Warm up exercises were taken and all the students and parents performed sitting and standing asanas. Importance of these were explained simultaneously. Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
